My Genius

My Genius

According to Thomas Armstrong, genius means "given birth to the joy of learning". Based on "Awakening Genius" genius is not measured by intelligence but by qualities. Throughout my life my genius have been to work. Since birth I have using method's that show off my genius.Although I am proud of all my genius I am most moved by one of my qualities. Creativity.

Growing up I have been the stand out kid of my generation academically and athletically. Since grade school to high school my creativity has been out of this world. My confidence has shaped my life and impacted my creativity greatly. My mind has always been open and I believe there is no such thing as a mistake. Believing anything is possible basically keeps my mind expanding. The influences comes from all around me from the young to the old. The fact that thoughts constantly flow through my head possibilities are created in a short period of time. The faster the thoughts the more creative I become.

In school my creativity has open doors that I believe would be open without it. When writing essays I can write for hours non stop. For class projects I would work create the most amazing things. For an example in 4th grade I had to construct a volcano for my science project. Now other kids would make theirs out of clay and newspaper but I figured that was too simple, so my creativity went to work. I went outside looking and searching for a rock that was large enough but not to heavy to carry. I found one about the size of a basketball and went to work. I used my pops flat head screw driver and started curving the top of the round shape rock. Once i dig a hole deep and wide enough, I then painted the outside with a mixture of brown and light red paint. that was to simulate the actual color or a valcono. then next step was going outside and picking up grass so i could put along the side of the valcono. I also made little houses with clay to set outside the valcon as well. To simulate the erruption I used baking soda and vinger. Not only did the teacher give me the highest grade possible, the students were amazed with the creativity and effort.

In conclusion i strongly agree with Thomas armstrong's logic for genius. In my everyday life i see and use my genius to help he become a wiser and more successful person. youngbilly8888@yahoo.com
